Effective August 1, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the International Country Listing for Ukraine in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note the duty-free limits for Ukraine.
This revision is based on a formal request that Stock Company Ukrposhta made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 102, dated June 17, 2019.
