Effective September 12, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Chile in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Chile requires a phytosanitary certificate for seeds.
This revision is based on a formal request that Correos de Chile made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 129, dated August 5, 2019.
