IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Malta

Effective September 12, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the International Country Listing for Malta in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that MaltaPost is removing the prohibition on human remains.

This revision is based on a formal request received from MaltaPost dated August 1, 2019.
