In the article titled “Stamp Announcement 19-32: Spooky Silhouettes Stamps,” in Postal Bulletin 22528 (9-12-19, pages 43–44), specific information about this stamp issue was left unannounced. This update article provides that information.
The first-day-of-issue was listed as October 2019. The Spooky Silhouettes stamps will go on sale nationwide October 11, 2019, and must not be sold or canceled before the first-day-of-issue. The Spooky Silhouettes pane of 20 stamps may not be split and the stamps may not be sold individually.
In the “How to Order the First-day-of-issue Postmark” section, the deadline for submitting first-day covers was omitted. The deadline for submitting first-day covers will be February 11, 2020.
