USPS Application Developers: FY 20 Information Security Courses are Now Available

Effective February 2020, the Corporate Information Security Office launched two fiscal year (FY) 2020 required training courses for all Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Corporate Developers Registration (CDR) application developers.

As part of the curriculum, PCI and CDR developers will learn about the Open Web Application Security Project Top Ten, Application Programming Interface (API) services, and how to develop secure code.

The completion deadline for these required training courses is April 23, 2020. Users who don’t meet this deadline will be subject to limited ACE system access until the courses have been completed.

Please log into the new Learning Management System (HERO) at usps.csod.com/LMS/catalog/Welcome.aspx to complete the following courses:

n Web Developer.

n Defensive Programming and API Essentials.
