Effective February 2020, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 969, Material Recycling and Disposal, to eliminate the capital property portion of the form. Now, employees will use PS Form 969 to document non-capital assets (expense or expendable). Employees must use Solution for Enterprise Asset Management to process disposals of capital property through automated workflows.
Revised PS Form 969 is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 0–999.
n Scroll down to the form entry and click the PDF icon.
