PS Form 292 Revision: Headquarters Clearance Checklist

Effective February 2020, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 292, Headquarters Clearance Checklist, to update the mention of outdated Information Technology equipment and ensure the suspension of computer system access under certain circumstances. This update now requires an eAccess manager to sign off once all access has been suspended in eAccess after an employee separates from the Postal Service.

Revised PS Form 292 is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

n Go to blue.usps.gov.

n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.

n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 0–999.

n Scroll down to the form entry and click the PDF icon.
