IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan

Effective April 23, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Kazakhstan is implementing new limits on the duty-free import of goods addressed to a private individual.

This revision is based on a formal request that Kazpost (the designated operator of Kazakhstan) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 43 dated March 16, 2020.
