Handbook F-15 Revision: Travel Per Diem Rates

Effective April 23, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising Handbook F-15, Travel and Relocation, to update the travel per diem rates listed in Appendix A.

A-2 Travel Per Diem Rates

[Revise the last paragraph and its table to read as follows:]

The per diem rate for Norman, Oklahoma, is the current standard location daily rate established by GSA. The deductions for meals provided are as follows:

a. Breakfast: $2.00 less than the GSA standard rate deduction.

b. Lunch: Equivalent to the GSA standard rate deduction.

c. Dinner: $3.00 less than the GSA standard rate deduction.

The Postal Service will incorporate this revision into the next edition of online Handbook F-15, Travel and Relocation, which is available on the PolicyNet website:

n Go to blue.usps.gov.

n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.

n Click Handbooks.
