Effective April 2020, the Postal Service™ revised Publication 22, Expedited Packaging Supplies, to include the following updates:
n The minimum annual expedited (Priority Mail Express® and Priority Mail®) revenue thresholds have increased for Specialized Packaging and Customized Packaging:
n Specialized Packaging increased from $50,000 to $75,000.
n Customized Packaging increased from $250,000 to $350,000.
n Additionally, PS Form 4004-SP, Specialized Packaging Order Form, and PS Form 4004-C, Customized Business Case, have been updated to reflect the new thresholds (with April 2020 edition dates).
n PS Form 3650, Request for Expedited Packaging for Business Reply Mail Use, was created for business customers who wish to purchase Expedited Packaging supplies to use as inserts in their Business Reply Mailings. PS Form 3650 has an edition date of March 2020.

n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives.”
n Click Publications.
