IMM Revision: Availability of Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service

Effective June 18, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), Exhibit 252.22, to reflect that the availability of Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service (E-USPS DELCON INTL®) is valid to countries listed in the exhibit only through June 30, 2020. This modification applies only to the tracking services offered through E-USPS DELCON INTL service — First-Class Package International Service® itself remains available without E-USPS DELCON INTL service to these countries after this date.

The Postal Service will post the availability of E-USPS DELCON INTL service to countries effective July 1, 2020, through various announcements at about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts. Check this website daily for the latest announcements.

Also, the Postal Service will publish future Postal Bulletin articles announcing the availability of this service to various countries as the information becomes available.
