Effective August 27, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the International Country Listing for Mexico.
In consultation with Correos de México (the designated postal operator of Mexico), the Postal Service is adding a restriction to reflect that cremated remains must be accompanied by the death and cremation certificates.
