Effective January 24, 2021, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 604.5.5, to update contact information for participation in the Share Mail® program.
The Postal Service will revise section 604.5.5 to provide the Share Mail Program Office email address, sharemail@usps.gov, as the point of contact where customers wishing to participate in the Share Mail program must submit their request. This revision will provide customers with an easier method of requesting participation in the Share Mail program.
Although the Postal Service will not publish this revision in the DMM until January 24, 2021, the standard is effective immediately.
