USPS Enhances Loyalty Program with the Introduction of Loyalty Tiers

Small businesses have unique needs and challenges, and the USPS® Loyalty program was launched in 2020 as part of a strategic effort to attract and support them. The USPS Loyalty program allows registered businesses and frequent shippers to earn credits for using Click-N-Ship® to purchase Priority Mail® (PM) and Priority Mail Express® (PME) services to use for future shipping product purchases. Program participants have the following options:

n Registered users receive a $40 credit for every $500 spent.

n New users earn an additional $40 for their first $500 spent.

Loyalty Benefits will Increase with Loyalty Tiers Launch

As of January 1, 2021, the Postal Service™ will add tiers to the USPS Loyalty program. Assigned tier levels are based on qualified shipping totals from the previous year. A higher tier equals a larger benefit. See the table shown in this article for details on tier levels and eligibility.

New Collateral is Now Available

Postmasters are encouraged to promote the USPS Loyalty program. Participants must log these activities as part of the Business Connect program.
