Business Connect Kits are Coming

Postmasters and managers will soon receive a Business Connect® kit that offers strategies for promoting USPS® products and services to small businesses. The 2021 Business Connect Grow Your Business Day (GYBD) event kits were mailed the week of February 10, 2021.

Supervisors for Customer Services will receive a postcard with instructions on how to order their own Business Connect kit from the Material Distribution Center at sfr.usps.gov/login.do.

The quarterly Business Connect kit includes the following materials:

n Welcome Letter. The Postal Service™ thanks you for your support.

n Business Connect Event Guide. Includes everything you need to know to host a successful GYBD event.

n Business Connect Solutions Guide. Shows how to showcase USPS shipping and mailing services at GYBD events.

n Business Connect Program Why Guide. Provides the what, why, who, and how of the Business Connect program.

n Virtual/Physical Event Flyers and Invitational Postcard. Offers professionally-designed pieces to invite prospective customers to your virtual/physical events.

Each kit provides detailed information on how to engage with potential new customers, how to document these activities in the Business Connect Portal, and how to strengthen business relationships in the community.

Now is the time to show small businesses how USPS can help them grow.
