Effective April 2022, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 292, Headquarters Clearance Checklist, to update the following items:
n The department names, room locations and numbers, and email addresses for the custodians who must provide clearance signatures for the employee being separated.
n The process to request and schedule a pick-up when returning IT equipment.
n The Privacy Act Statement.
Revised PS Form 292 is effective immediately and available on the PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 0–999.
n Scroll down to the form entry and click the PDF icon.
