IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Ukraine

Effective September 8, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Ukraine in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to revise the observation related to customs charges.

This revision is based on a formal request that Ukrposhta (the designated operator of Ukraine) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 92, dated June 13, 2022.
