Effective September 8, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising several exhibits in parts 292 and 293 of Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect mail preparation and labeling revisions for International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) and International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®).
These revisions are associated with the recent closure of the International Service Center (ISC) in San Francisco, CA. The 3-digit ZIP Code™ designations that were previously provided for the ISC in San Francisco are now combined with the 3-digit ZIP Code designations provided for the ISC in Los Angeles.
