On October 1, 2022, Victory Packaging Supplies committed to processing Expedited Packaging Supplies (EPS) orders and shipping the supplies to customers and Post Offices within 1 business day of the order receipt. Previously, processing expedited packaging supplies could take up to 72 hours.
This change applies to all standard EPS available on The Postal Store® website at usps.com. This update ensures faster turnaround of expedited packaging supplies, so customers and Post Offices receive their supplies more quickly.
Once orders are processed, shipments are sent via:
n Parcel Select® service (within 2–5 business days) at no cost to customers or Post Offices; or
n Priority Mail® service (within 1–3 business days) for a fee.
The Shipping Info section on the EPS product pages of The Postal Store website was updated to reflect this change.
