Effective October 20, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising Handbook EL-814, Postal Employee’s Guide to Safety, for clarity and to update information.
The Postal Service will publish the revisions in the next edition of online Handbook EL-814, which is expected to post later this year or in early 2023. The revised handbook will also be printed.
The standards will not be effective until they have been published.
