Effective November 17, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Australia in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to add a prohibition related to drugs and to revise the prohibition related to tobacco.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Australia Post (the designated operator of Australia) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 149, dated September 19, 2022.
