The bottled drinking water services (BDWS) supplier name has changed from Nestle to BlueTriton Brands, Inc. All sites currently receiving BDWS from BlueTriton (formerly Nestle) must complete a new eBuy+ requisition between February 1–15, 2023, based on the updated EPA price increase (effective February 1, 2023).

Follow these guidelines to determine your submission requirements:
n Sites that currently have a valid eBuy+ Nestle purchase order must complete a new eBuy+ BlueTriton purchase order on or after February 1 for sufficient quantity to cover the next 8 months (February 1–September 30, 2023).
n Sites with existing service from BlueTriton (formerly Nestle) that do not have a valid eBuy+ purchase order must complete an eBuy+ BlueTriton requisition for sufficient quantity to cover the next 12 months.
n Sites requesting new service must follow the instructions provided in MLB-CO-19-001 at blue.usps.gov/supplymanagement/_pdf/am_nmcs_mlb19-001.pdf.
