The Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), section 233.11, to reflect current availability and price application to Canada. (For more information, see “International Mail: Competitive Services Product and Price Changes” in this issue of the Postal Bulletin.)
Although the Postal Service will publish this revision in the next edition of the online IMM, the standards are effective immediately.
