IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Curacao

Effective June 1, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Curacao in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that an invoice is required for every item containing goods.

This revision is based on a formal request that Cpost International N.V. (the designated postal operator of Curacao) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 45, dated March 20, 2023.

[Replace “None” with an entry to read as follows:]

An invoice is required for every item containing goods addressed to Curacao. Failure to include an invoice could result in clearing delays. If an item containing goods does not contain an invoice, the sender or the recipient may submit the invoice via email to customerservice@cpostint.com — in the subject line of the email, include the item’s barcode number from the customs declaration form.

Although effective June 1, 2023, the Postal Service will incorporate this revision into the next edition of the online IMM, which is available via Postal Explorer® at pe.usps.com.
