Effective June 1, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listings (ICLs) for Brunei Darussalam, Jordan, and Seychelles in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to add an observation to include certain addressee contact information when mailing items to these countries.
These ICL revisions are based on formal requests made by each destination country through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) via an International Bureau Circular (IBC), as follows:
n Brunei Darussalam: UPU IBC 10 dated January 16, 2023.
n Jordan: UPU IBC 9 dated January 16, 1023.
n Seychelles: UPU IBC 17 dated January 30, 2023.
