  1. Postmasters: Your local postmaster can help you with many basic questions about preparing your presorted mailing. However, there are other postal specialists to help you with more complex technical issues, including the others listed in this section.
  2. Business Service Network representative: The Business Service Network (BSN) is a nationwide network dedicated to providing service support to the largest mailers of the U.S. Postal Service. To find your local BSN representative, go to https://ribbs.usps.gov/locators/find-bsn.cfm.
  3. Mailpiece Design Analysts: Mailpiece Design Analysts (MDAs) specialize in the design of mail for effective processing on USPS automated equipment, and they are resources for Intelligent Mail information.   4. Mailing Standards Specialists: Located in various districts of the U.S. Postal Service and supported by the business mail entry manager, these specialists are excellent resources for advice on DMM standards.
  5. Business Mail Entry Managers: Located in districts and supported by the Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC), these managers are experts on the regulations described in the DMM and can give you advice if you want to try something new.
