Mailing Standards Specialists: Located in various districts of the U.S. Postal Service and supported by the business mail entry manager, these specialists are excellent resources for advice on DMM standards.
Business Mail Entry Managers: Located in districts and supported by the Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC), these managers are experts on the regulations described in the DMM and can give you advice if you want to try something new.
