Applying for an OFAC License

For guidance related to applying for a license, refer to 31 CFR 501.801, available at www.ecfr.gov.

To apply for an OFAC license, send a letter of request providing a detailed description of the proposed transaction, including the names and addresses of all individuals/companies involved. Submit your license request letter to OFAC either by fax at 202-622-1657 or by mail to the following address:
