5-3.6 Rescheduling Appointments

The mailer has the following options to reschedule appointments:

  1. Using FAST: A mailer may call the drop ship coordinator at the destination facility or use electronic methods to reschedule an appointment for a later date or time up to 1 hour before the original appointment time.
  2. Calling a delivery unit: A mailer may verbally reschedule an appointment up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled arrival.
