DMM Revision: Realignment of ZIP Codes 448 and 449: Revision to Destination Entry Exhibits

Effective with changes in mail processing operations announced on page 11 of this Postal Bulletin, destination bulk mail center (DBMC) mailings to 3-digit ZIP Code pre­fixes 448 and 449 will shift from the Cincinnati, OH, bulk mail center (BMC) to the Pittsburgh, PA, BMC.

These changes are incorporated in labeling lists L009, L601, L603, L604, and L605. Consistent with this change, we are revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM^®) Exhibits 246, 346, 366, 446, 456, and 466.

We encourage mailers to make the related changes to their mailings immediately. DBMC mailings entered on and after June 24, 2007, must include this change.
