Custodial Rental Items — Floor Mats

As weather conditions worsen, the demand for floor mats increases in specific geographical areas. Therefore, it is imperative that Postal Service™ facilities inform suppliers in advance of any increased floor mat quantities needed. This allows our national contract suppliers, UniFirst and Cintas, to manage their inventories more effi­ciently and fill our orders faster.

Reminder: According to Material Logistics Bulletin-CO-03-002, “Facilities will be invoiced for anti-fatigue and scraper mats according to their delivery frequency whether these mats are changed or not.” UniFirst charges for the number of mats indicated in your requisition, and this is the amount your facility will be charged for them.
