Business Card Ordering Process Made Easier

The Office Products and Equipment Category Manage­ment Team has improved the ordering process for busi­ness cards and stamps (pre-inked, self-inking, and rubber). The approver’s e-mail address box has been deleted from the online ordering form at www.stamptheworld.com.1 This change will shorten processing time and eliminate delays.

Note: All purchases still require an approved and funded eBuy off-catalog requisition.

Do you have pending business card or stamp orders?

Normal delivery time of business cards is 10 days after order placement. If it’s been more that 10 days since you placed your order, please log into the Web site and, on the left side of the screen, click on Review order history. Look for your order under “Pending approval.”

  • If you find it and it’s less than 30 days old, call U.S. Stamp and Sign Customer Service at 800-888-0442 and they will process your order immediately.
  • If your order is more than 30 days old, click on Reor­der and re-enter your credit card information before submitting your order. (This process is required due to security regulations.)

Are you using your correct postal e-mail address?

Verify that you are using your correct postal e-mail address when ordering. If your e-mail is incorrect, you won’t receive the account activation e-mail and won’t be able to access www.stamptheworld.com.
