Publication 51 Revision: Global Express Guaranteed Service — Country Updates

Effective March 13, 2008, we are revising Publication 51, International Postal Rates and Fees, to incorporate changes to the Global Express Guaranteed^® (GXG^®) service country rate groups.

¹ Andorra, Bhutan, Iraq, and Serbia-Montenegro: Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) service to these countries is limited to documents only; merchandise may not be enclosed.
