DMM Revision: District Consolidations ZIP Code Realignments

Effective April 1, 2012, the Postal Service™ will revise Mail­ing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domes­tic Mail Manual (DMM^®) 608.8.4 to align various 3-Digit ZIP Code™ service areas with the appropriate Manager Busi­ness Mail Entry district listing.

These service area revisions resulted from prior USPS^® administrative office consolidations that included the elim­ination of the following districts: Columbus, Northern Illi­nois, Southeast Michigan, Southeast New England, South Georgia, Albuquerque, and Big Sky.

This DMM update provides customers with the most cur­rent contact information for Business Mail Entry Offices, grouped by area and listed by district and 3-digit ZIP Code service area.
