Effective September 7, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect, throughout the manual, the change of the service name of “Priority Mail Express International® With Guarantee” to “Priority Mail Express International With Money-Back Guarantee.” We are also revising section 221.2 and the applicable Individual Country Listings (ICLs) to add the availability of Priority Mail Express International With Money-Back Guarantee service to the following countries:
n Canada (launched in March 2014, but added to the IMM at this time).
n Germany.
n Israel.
n New Zealand.
n Sweden.
n Switzerland.
n Thailand.
