Effective July 24, 2014, the Postal Service™ is revising Handbook F-15, Travel and Relocation, to reflect the elimination of cash advances for bargaining unit employees utilizing the cash withdrawal feature of the government-issued, individually billed travel cards. This change will not affect any of the other features of the travel card or the ability to pay for official travel-related expenses.
You are reminded that the government-issued, individually billed travel cards are issued to employees to use for official USPS® travel-related expenses ONLY.
