Effective immediately, the Postal Service™ has revised PS Form 2574, Resignation/Transfer From the Postal Service, in the following ways:
n Updated the Privacy Act statement with the Privacy Office’s website.
n Revised question 8 to do the following:
n Align the list of resignation reasons with the list found in the Human Capital Enterprise System (HCES).
n Add 8a–8d to include the details of the federal agency where the employee is being transferred.
n Updated the instructions to withdraw a submitted resignation with the appropriate mailing and email addresses.
n Added page 2 to allow space for additional comments.
Please discard previous versions of PS Form 2574 and begin using the current form immediately. Revised PS Form 2574, Resignation/Transfer From the Postal Service, is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.
n Click Forms.
