Effective immediately, the Postal Service™ has revised PS Form 3553, CASS™ Summary Report, to remove references to the Direct Delivery Point Validation (DirectDPV) product that was retired in November 2017 and to revise language used to describe the Locatable Address Conversion (LACS) LACSLink® System.
Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) and Multiline Accuracy Support System (MASS™) software developers have one year from the date of this notice to update the form generated by their applications. Revised PS Form 3553, CASS Summary Report, is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.
n Click Forms.
