Effective November 2018, the Postal Service™ has revised Publication 133, What You Need to Know About EEO, to reflect the termination of support from our current vendor, Centralized Intake System, for the Interactive Voice Response telephone number (888-EEO-USPS) and the Text Telephone number (888-325-2914), which were used to initiate requests for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling. These numbers have been replaced by an online efile application.
There is also a change to the wording for "sex" discrimination, which is consistent with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Management Directive (EEO-MD-110), issued August 2015.
The November 2018 edition of Publication 133 supersedes all previous versions. Publication 133 will be available through the Material Distribution Center at a later date; ordering information will be announced in a future Postal Bulletin.
