Effective April 9, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising the International Country Listing for Moldova in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Moldova is reducing the maximum value for customs duty exemption for items containing goods.
This revision is based on a formal request that Posta Moldovei (the designated operator of Moldova) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 36, dated March 9, 2020.
