IMM Revision: Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service

Effective July 1, 2021, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), sections 252.21 and 252.22, to provide clarification regarding the availability of Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service (E-USPS DELCON INTL®).

In addition, the Postal Service is removing section 252.25 because postage payment options for First-Class Package International Service® are more fully addressed in section 253.2.
