This year marked the 25th anniversary of Have You Seen Me?, a joint effort of the Postal Service, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and Valassis to reunite families with missing children through America’s Looking for Its Missing Children program. Valassis publishes the weekly RedPlum circular that showcases color photos of missing children and their alleged abductors. As a result of leads generated by the program, 149 children have been safely recovered. Additional information is available at www.missingkids.com.
