The start-the-clock event is Saturday when a mailer enters or deposits Periodicals on Saturday at a destination network distribution center, destination area distribution center (ADC), destination sectional center facility or destination delivery unit.
Periodicals entered at a destination NDC will be transported to an ADC. Periodicals will be processed at the ADC within one day and transported to the SCF for delivery within one day from the DDU. If the destination ADC and SCF are the same, the mail will be delivered within one day from the ADC.
