Turnaround Mail
Turnaround mail describes all classes of origin entry bulk mail when the mail is physically separated and presented at the BMEU. This occurs when the BMEU is collocated at a processing facility that serves as both an originating and destinating facility.
Turnaround SCF Service Area
L005 labeling list (see DMM) describes the three-digit zips within a SCF service area. All three digit zips within a SCF are considered “turnaround”

L201 labeling list (see DMM) describes the First-Class Mail surface transportation reach of an origin facility for use in preparing Periodicals
L009

Automated Distribution Center, the L004 labeling list describes all the three digits within an ADC service area
SCF
Sectional Center Facility, the L005 labeling list describes all the three digits within a SCF service area

Delivery Distribution Unit, the facility that the mail is sent to for further 5-digit distribution or delivery to street address
