Origin Entry

- Turnaround Mail
- Turnaround mail describes all classes of origin entry bulk mail when the mail is physically separated and presented at the BMEU. This occurs when the BMEU is collocated at a processing facility that serves as both an originating and destinating facility.
- Turnaround ADC Service Area
- L004 labeling list (see DMM) describes the three-digit zips within a ADC service area. All three digit zips within a ADC are considered “turnaround”
- Turnaround SCF Service Area
- L005 labeling list (see DMM) describes the three-digit zips within a SCF service area. All three digit zips within a SCF are considered “turnaround”
- L009
- L009 labeling list (see DMM) that describes the origin consolidation point that processes Standard Mail
- ADC
- Automated Distribution Center, the L004 labeling list describes all the three digits within an ADC service area
- SCF
- Sectional Center Facility, the L005 labeling list describes all the three digits within a SCF service area
- DDU
- Delivery Distribution Unit, the facility that the mail is sent to for further 5-digit distribution or delivery to street address

- Destination Network Distribution Center, the L601 labeling list describes all 3-digit zip codes within a DNDC service area

- Automated Distribution Center, the L004 labeling list describes all the three digits within an ADC service area
