The Postal Service provides reasonable accommodation in tests to applicants with disabilities except in cases of undue hardship. All those involved, including supervisors, managers, examiners, testing vendors, or Human Resources, must determine undue hardship case by case (see 153), as must those they may consult (including RACs and selecting officials).
