USPS Announces Final Decision to Relocate Retail Services at Odenville, AL Main Post Office
ODENVILLE, AL --- Following a 45-day period inviting customer feedback and U.S. Postal Service review of all public comments, the Postal Service has made a final decision to relocate retail services from the Odenville, AL Main Post Office at 17 Burgess Drive, Odenville, AL 35120 to a new location as close as possible and within a one-mile radius of the current location.
The Postal Service is moving forward with the relocation because the current facility is too small for operational requirements. The Postal Service properly considered community input, and this decision is consistent with Postal Service objectives. The Postal Service anticipates providing the same services at the new location as provided to customers at the Odenville, AL Main Post Office.
