An RCA is paid $21.89 per hour to deliver and collect packages along routes in rural areas during weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This employee also provides a variety of services to customers along their assigned route. The position may require the use of a personal vehicle if a postal vehicle is not provided. An RCA may be eligible to receive health benefits and promotion to a career opportunity.
