SPRINGDALE, AR — The United States Postal Service is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our mission of service as Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) and Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC). To assist potential applicants, USPS is hosting a job fair on Wednesday, June 28, from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., at

Postal officials will be on-site to answer questions about the RCA and ARC positions. These positions offer starting pay of $19.94 per hour, and could be the first step to a long-term rewarding career at the Postal Service.

USPS employment requirements:

  • 18 years old at the time of appointment or 16 years old with a high school diploma.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and medical assessment.
  • US citizenship, permanent resident, citizen of American Samoa or other US Territory.
  • Must provide recent employment history.
  • Safe driving record.
