SEARCY, AR — The United States Postal Service is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our delivery team as Rural Carrier Associates (RCA). Seriously. Postal officials will be onsite to answer questions about this position and a potential career with USPS. Starting pay is $19.94 per hour, and could be the first step to a long-term career with the Postal Service.

This Position Requires:

  • Sorting mail in delivery sequence and delivering the assigned route
  • Receiving and signing for accountable mail
  • Selling stamps, stamped paper, money orders, and more
  • Performing any other assigned duties and responsibilities
