LITTLE ROCK, AR — The Little Rock Post Office is looking for motivated individuals to join its delivery team as Rural Carrier Associates (RCA). This position provides a critical service to the community by ensuring mail delivery during weekdays, weekends and holidays. To assist potential applicants, we are hosting a job fair to fill immediate openings  on December 28, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., at:

RCA Duties:

  • Deliver and collect packages on routes in rural areas weekdays/weekends/holidays
  • Provide a variety of services to customers along an assigned route
  • Sort, lift and push moderate to heavy loads of mail and packages to prepare for delivery
  • Deliver mail along an assigned route
  • Pick up or collect mail from customers
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather: rain, snow, cold and heat

Starting pay is $19.94 per hour, and could be the first step to a long-term rewarding career at the Postal Service.
